Although this tool does not use persistent tracking cookies or collect users' personal data for commercial profiling purposes, it is imperative to inform you that:
- Cloud Processing (Server-Side): By using the Dynamic Intelligence Module (Item 4) and the TOTAL SCAN (VARREDURA TOTAL) or INVESTIGATE (INVESTIGAR) features, you acknowledge that the requests are not processed locally on your device. They are sent and executed on remote servers within the Google Cloud infrastructure (via Google Apps Script/Sheets), managed by our technical team.
- Data Transit: The search terms ("keywords"), sector parameters, and Dorks commands entered by you will be transmitted to these servers to execute the search algorithms and econometric analysis.
- Third Parties and APIs: To generate intelligence reports, the system may establish automated connections with external APIs (e.g., Google Finance, Yahoo Finance, SerpApi) and public repositories. By proceeding, you are aware that these interactions follow the terms of service of their respective platforms.
